For those hoping to watch the NBA finals online, unfortunately, the Spreety research team has not yet identified a legal live online option. Game replays are available on iTunes.
All NBA finals games are on the local ABC / TSN stations.
Of the many college football bowl games this season, most can be found online at ESPN 360, including replays.
As for the top 5 BCS games, they were not legally online in January, 2008. The Spreety research team is monitoring the situation for 2009, and will post any legal updates as more information becomes available.
The NBA season starts Oct. 28, and for those with the League Pass, enjoy the games online. The 900 games on NBA league pass can be purcahsed directly for $99/season or through your local cable TV company.
TNT and ESPN have broadcast games online, with ESPN playing games online on Wed., Oct. 29 (Lakers – Clippers and Suns – Spurs).
Audio of the games is available online for free (with the free All-Access sign-up).
It does not include live video of the games. For that, an MLB.TV membership is required, or tune into FOX.
Speaking of FOX, their web site has a 4 camera feed of the game. Unfortunately, no sound or base running coverage. It is not an optimal experience for watching the game.
For exhaustive post season coverage (except the games), WorldSeries.com has much to enjoy.
